How to secure the eyes with the washer

Decide where you'd like to position the eye
Place the fabric between the eye and the washer
Pierce the eye through the fabric and the washer

*Note:

The washer is difficult to remove once it has been use.
If the washer is stiff, use bonding glue to secure the eye instead.
